Finally, I get to make rainbow pancakes that I see on pinterest! I did it last night with my lil sister till like 12am.

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 different colour of food dye
1 egg
1 2/3 cup of Meiji milk
2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix it.
2. Whisk together the egg whites and the milk with the melted butter.
3. Combine the milk mixture with the egg yolk mixture in a large mixing bowl and whisk together until thoroughly combined.
4. Separate the mixture into 6 small bowls, drop a small drop of dye that you want into the mixture and stir them.
5. Put the mix 1 by 1 into the frying pan, gently flip the pancakes time to time. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until the pancake is set.
And you are done. Pair it with a glass of milk and you are ready to enjoy your rainbow pancakes for breakfast. In our case... supper!
BTW a little extra DIY Polka dot table cloth that I made just for this rainbow pancake tutorial...
