Here's something refreshing and easy you can do during your long weekend this week. Took me about 10-15mins to make this lemon cup ice cream.
What you will need:
- Lemons (depending on how many pax you want to make for)
- Spoon
- Knife
- Clear ice cream spoon
- MT tape
- Ice cream (Any type of ice cream will do but I love sorbet ice cream and I got this since my birthday haven't opened it yet)
So what you need to do:
- Half the lemons
- Cut out the inside part of the lemon leaving some in there
- Decorate your spoon - I made a little flag here
- And scoop your ice cream into the lemon cups
And you are done! Now you ice cream has a cute lemon cup and a refreshing lemon taste for our sunny weather.
